DayOS is a family operating system that helps households manage schedules, events, and budgets through SMS, email, and a web dashboard. The platform leverages AI to interpret, arrange, and respond to user communications.
Each family account is managed by one or more admins (typically parents). These administrators control member addition, permissions, and information accuracy. Users must secure their account credentials.
You agree to use DayOS only for lawful, personal family management purposes. Prohibited activities include spam, harassment, harmful content transmission, and unauthorized access to other families' information or security circumvention.
DayOS uses AI to interpret messages and generate responses. Despite accuracy efforts, errors may occur. Administrators have review and correction capabilities. You should verify important information (event times, financial figures) before relying on it.

By providing your phone number and opting in during signup, you consent to receive SMS messages from DayOS. Messages include responses to your texts, schedule notifications, event reminders, and optional proactive alerts (daily briefings, conflict warnings, deadline reminders). The service provides free and paid tiers. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Your use of DayOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to DayOS. The platform does not sell user information.
DayOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The company disclaims responsibility for scheduling failures, conflicts, inaccurate summaries, or usage-related losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
Users may cancel anytime. The company may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Data export options exist post-termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued service use implies acceptance. Material updates trigger SMS or platform notifications.
